What Does this uterine Ultrasound Result Mean?

I m 35 years old lady I have multiple intramural hypoechoic SOLs are seen largest measuring 1.4x1.8cm and 1.7 x1.4 cm in the posterior wall and1.2x1.6 cm at the fundal region. Myoma measuring 3.3x3.7 cm is seen in the left lateral wall of the uterus .so what should I do .Is surgery necessary for above case ???

Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are having multiple fibroids in uterus....

The final ultimate treatment is surgical only and in such case hysterectomy needed...

But in fibroid management plan decided according to your clinical condition and need for conception..

If you are totally asymptomatic than you can be kept under regular observation...
If bleeding present and you are Symptomatic than better to go for hysterectomy..

With keeping this in mind consult gynecologist for examination
